We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Remote Technical/Presales Low Current Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of low-current systems, including CCTV, access control, public address, and parking systems. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

●      Technical Pre-Sales:

○      Conduct technical assessments and needs analysis to identify customer requirements.

○      Develop and present compelling technical proposals and demonstrations.

○      Provide technical guidance and support to sales teams.

○      Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement low-current solutions.

●      Solution Design:

○      Design and architect complex low-current system solutions.

○      Ensure solutions align with industry standards and customer requirements.

○      Create detailed technical documentation, including system diagrams and configuration guides.

●      Remote Support:

○      Provide remote technical support and troubleshooting for pre-sales and post-sales activities.

○      Respond to customer inquiries and resolve technical issues efficiently.

○      Build strong relationships with customers and partners.

Required Qualifications:

●      Technical Expertise:

○      In-depth knowledge of CCTV, access control, public address, and parking systems.

○      Strong understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP) and integration with other systems (e.g., BMS, VMS).

○      Experience with system design, configuration, and troubleshooting.

○      Proficiency in industry standards and regulations (e.g., NFPA 72, UL 2063).
