• Verify and match supplier invoices with purchase orders and goods receipt notes, ensuring accuracy and proper authorization.
• Collaborate with the procurement and operations teams to resolve discrepancies related to pricing, quantities, or delivery issues.
• Ensure that all purchase orders are properly reflected in the accounting system, recording the financial impact of goods or services received.
• Manage and process payments to suppliers in line with agreed-upon terms, ensuring the timely and accurate release of funds.
• Monitor payment schedules to optimize cash flow while ensuring suppliers are paid within the terms to maintain positive relationships.
• Ensure all payment transactions are compliant with internal control policies and properly documented.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies between the company’s accounts and vendor records.
• Monitor outstanding payments and proactively follow up on any overdue accounts to avoid disruptions in supply chain operations.
• Ensure all payments are in compliance with Egyptian tax laws, including withholding tax and VAT.
• Prepare AP aging reports and payment forecasts, providing insights into the company’s cash outflows.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure that all AP activities are correctly recorded and reported in SAP S/4HANA.
• Provide periodic analysis on payment trends, vendor terms, and procurement-related financial performance.
• Support the preparation of periodic financial reports by providing accurate receivable data.

Maintain accurate documentation and records for all procure-to-pay activities in preparation for internal and external audits.
