- Implement and Maintain company HSE policy, procedures, and the project HSE plan.
- Conduct HSE awareness sessions to the workforce under his area in a daily basis.
- Ensure that the works under his area conducting regarding the START Card.
- Ensures that all PTW required works conducting regarding Company PTW procedures
- Ensure that all HSE RA control measures are performed in a proper way
- Inspect the area under his authority regularly in a daily basis to ensure that all works conducted in a safe way
- Reporting any incidents that happen in his areas such as Unsafe acts, Unsafe conditions, Near-misses or Accidents
- Has a right to stop unsafe works or nonconformity works against project HSE plan, company procedures or HSE standards
- Supervise and lead the subcontractors' HSE officer.
- Pursue any other activities within the job scope assigned by his direct Manager or organization management
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field required2-4 years of projects HSE experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.Maintain the safety standards and comply with Company’s Health, Safety and EnvironmentAware of all standards of safety & ISO regulations.Accomplished Certificates are required.
