[ Bright City Development ] is seeking a motivated and experienced "Real Estate Sales Executive" to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to close deals effectively.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the real estate market.
- Provide clients with accurate and up-to-date property information.
- Conduct property viewings and provide clients with detailed explanations of features and benefits.
- Negotiate and close real estate transactions.
- Maintain and update a database of potential and existing clients.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Ensure all legal and contractual documents are completed accurately.
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up support to clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in real estate sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to meet sales targets and deadlines.
- Knowledge of local real estate market trends and property laws.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
