- Study tender documents and provide tender schedules construction planning methodologies and related tender submission documents.
- Study the project documents, contract, drawings, specifications, and bill of quantities and provide a detailed project schedule and budget to assist the project manager in managing, monitoring, and controlling project progress.
- Provide resource histogram and related human resources plan and procurement of materials.
- Collect data from the site and Issue daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Follow up on Engineering submittals and provide reports and stats.
- Prepare progress forecast, look ahead, and communicate it to concerned parties.
- Prepare material procurement plans, track procurement, and delivery of all materials and prepare a periodical report.
- Update project plans, identify the root cause of delays, amend the project schedule, and apply mitigation plans as required.
- Monitor and focus on variations and changes and issue reports on their effect on the project.
- Track changes & variations, estimate and analyze time impact analysis, and update and adjust project schedules and budgets according to approved variations in coordination with the contract terms and conditions.
- Provide claim assessment reports and discuss them with the Engineer and the Employer until approval.
- Issue revised and recovery plans as required and as per contract amendments.
- Prepare the interim payment certificates, update the project's Anticipated Financial Accounts, analyze project outcomes, and create detailed financial reports.
- Prepare cost estimates and cost breakdowns for different activities.
Bachelor’s degree in civil/architectural engineering.Min. 3-5 years’ experience in the Construction and finishing.Extensive experience in planning, budgeting, and financial aspects of construction projects.Proficient in MS Office.Strong critical thinking skills, problem-solving, negotiation, and analytical skills.
