What You’ll Do
As the Personal Assistant, you’ll be the backbone of our operations, ensuring seamless communication and organization across departments. This role is essential for the efficiency and growth of Rehabitaire. Your responsibilities include:
- Managing executive schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Preparing and organizing reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Acting as a liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders.
- Ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Assisting in project management and tracking deliverables.
- Coordinating logistics for company events and board meetings.
