Previous experience in real estate sales is a must.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships.Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.Familiarity with local real estate laws and regulations.Strong organizational and time-management abilities.A degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation (if applicable).
