We are looking for an experienced and qualified civil engineer to manage internal and external finishing projects in our company. They will be responsible for planning, executing, and supervising all phases of the project, from the design stage to final delivery.
Main responsibilities:
Planning and Management:
Prepare detailed project schedules and determine required resources.
Monitor workflow and ensure adherence to the specified timeline and budget.
Manage and coordinate work among different teams and contractors.
Solve problems that may arise during project execution.
Design and Implementation:
Review engineering designs and ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
Supervise the implementation of interior and exterior finishing works according to plans and specifications.
Ensure the quality of materials used and the safety of work.
Monitoring and Quality:
Conduct regular inspections to ensure that the work meets standard specifications.
Prepare regular reports on the workflow and present them to management.
Follow up on maintenance and repair work after delivery.
Coordination and Communication:
Communicate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to resolve any issues that may arise.
Provide regular reports on project progress to the client.
Social Responsibility:
Adhere to occupational safety and health standards at the worksite.
Protect the environment by implementing environmentally friendly practices.
Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.At least [number] years of experience in the field of finishing project management.Good knowledge of engineering design programs such as AutoCAD and Revit.Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.Additional Skills (Preferred):Experience in project management using methodologies such as PMP.Certification in occupational safety and health management.
