- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to established quality standards.
- Identify potential risks to product or service quality and develop mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality measures into delivery workflows.
- Identify areas for improvement and provide actionable feedback to teams.
- Recommends changes-in procedures, standards, test methods and equipment to improve quality
- Provide training and support to employees on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of quality assurance processes and findings.
- Prepare for 3rd parties audit and ensure the functions compliance to all audit's requirements.
- Support in Analyze the scheme bulletins, identify the mandate and its impact from organization perspective.
