Overseas Warehouse is hiring a skilled Sales and Administrative Officer to join our dynamic remote team. This role involves managing essential administrative tasks while supporting sales efforts to help the company achieve its goals in Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (ASRS) and vertical storage solutions.

Remotely.

  • Generate Leads: Identify and engage with potential clients to drive business opportunities.
  • Prepare Tenders and Proposals: Professionally manage and submit quotations and tenders.
  • Analyze Sales Data: Track and evaluate sales performance, creating detailed progress reports.
  • Build Client Relationships: Establish and maintain strong connections with both current and prospective clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Administrative Tasks:
  • Organize Documents: Manage and maintain digital files and records efficiently.
  • Prepare Reports: Compile and present accurate administrative and sales reports.
  • Coordinate Tasks: Schedule and manage virtual meetings while ensuring timely follow-ups on tasks.
  • Optimize Processes: Suggest and implement strategies to improve administrative workflows.

Experience:3–4 years in sales or administrative roles.Background in ASRS or vertical storage solutions is an advantage.Ability to work remotely.Skills:Fluency in Arabic and English (Essential).Strong organizational and analytical abilities.Effective remote teamwork skills.Proficiency in Odoo is a plus.Education:A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field is preferred.Job location: UAE
