We are seeking a dynamic and organized Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our head office in New Cairo. The ideal candidate will ensure a seamless office environment by overseeing daily administrative tasks, managing resources, and serving as the main point of contact for visitors and staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the overall administrative functions of the office.
  • Supervise office operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Organize office operations and procedures.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and service providers to maintain office supplies and facilities.
  • Welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments.
  • Organize and maintain office files, records, and correspondence.
  • Schedule and oversee meetings, events, and appointments for management.
  • Address employees queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, Hardware and travel arrangements).
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications professionally.

Experience: Minimum 2 years as an office manager or a receptionist.Education: Bachelor degree in any discipline, a background in hospitality or reception is preferred.Knowledge of Office Administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures.Proficiency in MS Office.Hands on experience with office machines.Attention to detail and problem solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
