Your Role as an Odoo Implementor:
As our Odoo Implementor, you’ll be the lead force behind implementing and customizing Odoo ERP solutions. You'll be working closely with clients to understand their unique business needs and tailor the perfect solution using Odoo’s powerful modules. You’ll also provide continuous support and stay up to date with the latest Odoo developments to deliver top-tier service.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead Odoo Implementations: From requirements gathering to user training, you’ll manage the entire process of implementing Odoo ERP solutions.
- Customization Expert: Tailor Odoo modules to meet the specific needs of each client, ensuring maximum functionality and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Clients: You’ll get to know your clients' business processes inside and out, and deliver tailored solutions that address their specific challenges.
- System Testing & Troubleshooting: Test configurations and ensure everything runs smoothly, providing a bug-free experience for your clients.
- Ongoing Support: You’ll be there post-implementation to support clients, offer training, and make sure they’re getting the most out of their system.
- Stay Ahead: Keep up with the latest Odoo features and best practices, ensuring you’re always ready to offer informed recommendations.
- Documentation: Create clear documentation for processes, configurations, and user guides for easy future reference.
Proven Experience: You’ve worked as an Odoo Implementor or in a similar role and have a strong grasp of Odoo ERP modules (Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, and more) from 3:5 years.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, XML, and PostgreSQL is a must.Problem Solver: You have sharp analytical skills and can troubleshoot issues to find the best solution.Strong Communicator: You’re able to explain complex systems in simple terms, and you’re great at working with both clients and your team.Team Player: While you can work independently, you also thrive in a collaborative team environment.Certifications: Odoo or ERP system certifications?
