IT Help Desk Specialist

  • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
  • Respond to queries either in person or over the phone or via remote access.
  • Diagnose issues with computer software, peripherals, and hardware. 
  • Run software diagnostic tools and physically inspecting hardware systems.
  • Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems.
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
  • Ensure daily server backup.

Bachelor’s  degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalentMinimum 1- 2 years of experience in the IT field.Very good communication skills, problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.Must be a team player and able to work for extended hours.
