Relationship Building and Management:
1- Develop and maintain strong relationships with agents and partners.
2- Act as a liaison between agents and the company, ensuring smooth communication and resolving issues.
Partners Support:
- Provide training and support on company services, policies, and procedures.
- Troubleshoot problems and answer agent inquiries.
- Develop resources like training materials and FAQs.
Performance Monitoring and Growth:
- Track agent performance based on metrics like sales, satisfaction, and compliance.
- Identify improvement opportunities and suggest solutions.
- Contribute to agent network growth through recruitment and relationship expansion.
- Maintain accurate agent databases and ensure information is up-to-date.
- Conduct on-site visits for evaluation and support.
- Participate in industry events to build relationships and stay informed.
Bachelor Degree.Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.Fluency in English.1-2 years of experience in public relations or a related field.Previous work experience in international schools is preferred.Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with agents.Strong organizational and time management skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
