- Prepare detailed construction drawings and technical packages (BIM, AutoCAD).
- Develop BOQs and project specifications.
- Assist in project scheduling and create detailed interior execution packages.
- Coordination and resolve technical issues in collaboration with architectural, structural, site, and MEP teams.
- Perform regular updating of the BIM model.
- Manage the various 3D model disciplines, review model quality and technical content including clash detection.
- Good Knowledge in quantity Surveying.
A Bachelor degree of Architectural Engineering.Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experiencePrevious work in the Technical Office is a must.Excellent working knowledge of science, mathematics, and engineering principles.Strong analytical, critical, and problem-solving skills.Professional Level of Experience in Design Software (AUTOCAD, SKETCHUP, PHOTOSHOP)Excellent command of English.Very Good communication skillsGood Problem-Solving Skills.Solid Organizational Skills, including Multitasking and Time Management.
