Medical Devices Sales Engineer

We’re looking for a Medical Devices Sales Engineer to join our team of high-performing professionals. The Medical Devices Sales Engineer is responsible for selling medical devices to hospitals, medical clinics, and clubs. The role requires a comprehensive understanding of medical products and client needs to provide suitable solutions, as well as the ability to build strong client relationships and achieve sales targets.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Achieve sales targets in private sectors, hospitals, medical clinics, and clubs, ensuring consistent results on a semi-annual basis.
  2. Regularly follow up with clients in the territory, maximizing the distribution of company products and gathering information on purchases of both company and competitor products.
  3. Communicate with targeted clients, present products, and showcase them to medical staff, focusing on key devices, benefits, attractive features, pricing, and quotations, as per the plan set by the Sales & Marketing Manager.
  4. Monitor and connect market information regarding agencies, competitors' prices, and services through daily visits or various information networks.
  5. Attend all relevant meetings, conferences, and exhibitions to serve and develop the sales department and professionally represent the company.
  6. Submit weekly sales reports aligned with the set plan, including the latest updates during the week.
  7. Develop weekly plans for client coverage and visits (private or government sectors) based on the objectives set by the Key Account Manager, while maintaining and submitting daily plans for review to ensure higher efficiency with the Sales & Marketing Manager.
  8. Support and follow up with the company's collection officer, providing required information to track delayed payments and invoices from clients.
  9. Provide information, recommendations, client classifications, and upgrades, and qualify new clients as per the plan set by the Sales & Marketing Manager.
  10. Identify new opportunities and develop relationships with both new and existing clients.
  11. In some cases, internally follow up on the delivery of delayed devices.
  12. Respond promptly to client requests and ensure customer satisfaction.
  13. Notify the Key Account manager and the Sales & Marketing Manager of all requested quotations.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or Physical Therapy.Experience: 1-2 years of experience in medical device sales.Skills:Good knowledge of medical products and the local market.Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.Proficiency in English.Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
