Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Collateral Production: Oversee the production of all marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, signage, digital ads, and presentations for new real estate developments, ensuring high-quality standards and timely delivery.
- Project Management: Coordinate the end-to-end process of marketing production from concept to completion, working cross-functionally with design, sales, and development teams to ensure alignment with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
- Real Estate Campaigns: Develop and execute marketing campaigns tailored to real estate properties, including online ads, social media content, video production, email campaigns, and digital content creation to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure consistency of messaging, design, and brand identity across all marketing materials and platforms, maintaining the company’s high standards of quality and professionalism.
- Vendor Management: Liaise with external vendors, including printers, photographers, videographers, and digital agencies, to ensure smooth execution of projects within budget and deadlines.
- Market Research and Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest real estate marketing trends, tools, and technologies, and bring fresh, creative ideas to the table that will enhance the company’s marketing strategies and content.
- Reporting and Analysis: Track the performance of marketing materials and campaigns, analyze results, and provide recommendations for improvements or adjustments to enhance the overall marketing strategy.
- Event Support: Assist in the production of marketing materials for real estate events, such as open houses, property launches, and trade shows, ensuring a professional and polished presence.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing production, with a strong focus on real estate development or property marketing.Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.Skills:Experience with real estate marketing platforms and tools.Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Proficient in digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.Strong written and verbal communication skills.
