1. Global Market Research:

   • Validate supplier contracts and pricing for category-managed purchases.
4. Supplier Identification & Evaluation:
   • Identify and evaluate foreign suppliers based on product quality, pricing, delivery capabilities, financial stability, and adherence to ethical and sustainability standards.
5. Contract Negotiation:
   • Negotiate contracts and pricing with foreign suppliers.
   • Address factors such as currency exchange rates, shipping logistics, and cultural considerations.
