Purchasing representative

Main responsibilities:

  • Identify needs: analyze the requirements of various projects and determine the necessary materials and quantities for each stage of finishing.
  • Search for suppliers: search for reliable suppliers offering high quality materials at competitive prices.
  • Preparation of purchase orders: preparation of detailed purchase orders that include technical specifications for the required materials.
  • Negotiations: negotiate with suppliers for the best price and payment terms.
  • Follow-up orders: follow-up orders placed with suppliers and ensure that materials are delivered on time and with high quality.
  • Inventory management: manage the inventory of purchased materials and ensure that sufficient quantity is available for the implementation of projects.
  • Price analysis: analyze market prices for various materials and provide periodic reports on price changes.
  • Quality assurance: ensure that the purchased materials comply with the specified technical specifications.
  • Problem solving: deal with any problems that may arise during the purchase process and solve them effectively.
