- Implements specific architectural works in accordance with the work program of a project, or as requested.
- Responsible for efficient and effective design of architectural works, preparation of drawings.
- Verifies and/or modifies all designs, drawings and documents are to current codes and standards.
- Liaises as directed with consulting engineers; Structure, MEP and/or contractors on all matters necessary for the implementation of the work program of the project.
- Undertakes special project assignments as required.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Manage changes to the project scope and project schedule.
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
Bachelor of Architecture Engineering degree.7 - 11 years of experienceExcellent Proficient use of AutoCAD and Revit.Excellent user of Microsoft Office, Photoshop and InDesign.Very good in English Language.Problem Solver.Good knowledge of Architectural design standards.Knowledge of local authorities and governmental regulations.Excellent communication and team-player skills.Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in oral and written form.Ability of gathering, developing and applying modern technical details.Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships throughout the organization.Capable of defining and meeting realistic timelines.
