  • Work closely with the Direct Manager in order to carry out tasks.
  • Distribute communications to related departments in a timely manner when needed.
  • Assist the Customer Service Team and fill in when necessary.
  • Perform surveys & research.
  • Perform administrative duties such as making reports, printing, photocopying and sending emails

Educational Requirements:Bachelor Degree in Economics, Business Administration or similar qualificationExperience, Knowledge and Technical Skills:1-2 years of experience in regional or multi national organization. Experience in electronic banking and e-payment solutions is a plus.Good knowledge of operations managementTechnical Skills:Writing SkillsFinancial Skills (general)Microsoft OfficePresentation SkillsCustomer orientedTeam player
