- Raise Process Orders on the Microsoft Dynamics and ensure their compatibility with the production schedule.
- Create and Utilize the MPS module on Microsoft Dynamics.
- Create and Utilize the MRP module within Microsoft Dynamics to oversee and manage all aspects of material requirements planning, ensuring availability of materials and resources for production.
- Maintain healthy BOMs on the Microsoft Dynamics referring to any changes.
- Maintain a high efficiency level of the production lines and reduce the changeover time/cost.
- Analyze demand patterns and forecast future requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, production orders, and material movements within Microsoft Dynamics.
- Collaborate with production managers and other stakeholders to establish production targets and timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, purchasing, and logistics, to develop and execute production plans.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles, develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), and drive efficiency initiatives to enhance overall operational performance.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production planning, such as on-time delivery, production efficiency, and inventory turnover. Analyze data, identify performance gaps, and recommend corrective actions to meet or exceed targets.
Universty degree from engineering faculty.From 4 to 6 years of experience in production planning, or a related field within the manufacturing industry.Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM).Sound knowledge of material requirements planning (MRP) and related software.Capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge.Proficiency in ERP Microsoft Dynamic.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Very good in English Language.
