• Program Development: Oversee the design and delivery of courses and programs, ensuring they meet industry standards and the needs of learners.

• Budget Management: Manage the sector's budget, including allocation of resources, financial planning, and cost control. 

• Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of educational offerings, including course content, delivery methods, and learner outcomes. 

• Marketing and Promotion: Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the academy's courses and attract students.

 • Data Analysis: Analyze performance data to make informed decisions and improvements. This might involve tracking enrollment numbers, student satisfaction, and other key metrics.
