• Prepare monthly payments and monthly subcontractors and client invoices.
• Submit quantity surveying.
• Submit Commercial proposal.
•Negotiate with suppliers to reach the most appropriate prices.
• Responsible for the mechanical works measurement and valua????on of varia????ons in the works
during the contract, for agreement of interim payment.
•Make the Claims & Run the variations according to the condition of the contract
•Creating Material balance sheet and tracking Material Control Cycle,
•Create notice of change (NOC) and Modify Work Breakdown Structure (WBS),
Pricing new items through various manners (prorated method, material diff, etc ),
•Prepare the site instructions related to the subcontractor's activities.
•Coordinate and review the formulation and finalization of contracts as required in
coordination with management and Legal staff. Ensure compliance with appropriate regulations.
•Maintain an audit file for each contract which will include the original contract, all
correspondence, changes/deviations, amendments, clarifications, and payment schedules.
•Ensure that Subcontracts comply with legal requirements, owner specifications, and
government regulations.
•Provide contract summaries and ensure contract execution in accordance with company
policy.
