Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing both online and offline marketing strategies, as well as overseeing public relations and events management. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, both online and offline, to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth.
- Liaise with creative teams to come up with branding ideas, graphic designs, promotional materials and advertising copies.
- Manage and optimize our online presence, including website content, social media platforms, and email marketing campaigns.
- Create and manage engaging content for digital channels, including videos/reels, infographics, and social media posts.
- Plan & execute advertising campaigns across various online platforms, such as Google Ads, social media advertising, and email marketing.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences, and use the insights to refine marketing strategies.
- Manage public relations efforts, maintain and establish new partners relationships.
- Organize and execute events, ensuring they align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and brand image across all marketing materials.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, utilizing metrics and data to make data-driven decisions and refine strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, marketing tools, and best practices to remain at the forefront of marketing innovation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of both online and offline marketing strategies and a track record of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including but not limited to SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media platforms, and content management systems.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
