- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients by understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
- Conduct site visits and tours for prospective clients, showcasing the benefits and features of the development projects.
- Negotiate sales contracts, terms, and conditions to close deals effectively.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients, highlighting the value proposition of the development projects.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market, competitors, and industry trends to provide clients with accurate information.
- Handle client inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue goals of the company.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the direct manager, including pipeline status, forecasts, and sales performance.
- Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and seminars to promote the company’s development projects.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in Real Estate Development or a related industry.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software.Ability to understand and interpret real estate market trends and data.High level of self-motivation and the ability to work independently.Strong organizational and time management skills.
