Key Responsibilities:
- Promotional Material Management:
- Assist in the development, review, and distribution of promotional materials, such as flyers, posters, and banners, for all retail branches.
- Ensure that marketing materials align with brand guidelines and are tailored to the specific needs of each branch.
- Print Production Support:
- Coordinate with vendors to manage print production processes, ensuring timely delivery and quality control of all printed materials.
- Evaluate printing proofs and provide necessary feedback for revisions before final production.
- Branch Visits:
- Conduct regular visits to branches to assess the effectiveness and presentation of in-store marketing materials.
- Recommend suitable promotional strategies based on branch-specific needs and market trends.
- Outdoor Advertising:
- Coordinate the production and placement of outdoor advertisements, ensuring they are properly installed and in line with brand standards.
- Monitor the condition of outdoor marketing assets and recommend replacements when necessary.
- Vendor Coordination:
- Communicate with external vendors such as printers and signage producers to manage deadlines, quality, and delivery of marketing materials.
- Obtain quotes and ensure the best value for promotional materials within the allocated budget.
- Campaign Support:
- Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring promotional materials are distributed and displayed appropriately across branches.
- Support the team in organizing branch-specific promotions and events.
- Quality Control: Review all marketing materials before final production to ensure quality and brand consistency.
- Monitor the condition of in-store marketing assets and arrange for updates or replacements as needed.
- Reporting:
- Gather feedback from branch managers and track the performance of promotional campaigns.
- Prepare reports on the effectiveness of marketing efforts and suggest improvements.
- Budget Monitoring:
- Assist in managing the marketing budget for promotional materials and ensure that all spending is within the approved limits.
- Track expenses related to print production and outdoor advertising.
Skills and Qualifications:Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator).Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality control and brand consistency.Ability to manage relationships with external vendors and coordinate marketing tasks efficiently.Willingness to travel to branch locations for site inspections and marketing evaluations.Experience:2-4 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or related fields, with a focus on print production and promotional materials and Retail industry.Experience working with vendors and managing promotional campaigns is a plus.
