Sales Executive

  • Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
  • Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
  • Preparing and sending offers and reservation forms.
  • Answering client questions about payment terms, products, prices, and availability.
  • Attending conferences and exhibitions when required to identify opportunities.
  • Meet with potential clients and act as their consultant.
  • Negotiating terms of sales and agreements and closing sales with customers
  • Collaborate with the team on pricing strategy and account management implementation plans.
  • Develop organized and differentiated offerings.
  • Documents full information of opportunities, tasks and visits, including won and lost reasons.
  • Follow and achieve department's sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
  • Manage a well-qualified and consistent sales pipeline.

+5 Years of experience in Sales relevant positions in real estate "Industrial/Commercial".Excellent customer service and sales skills.Strong verbal and written communicator.Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
