Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement academic program plans, ensuring alignment with accreditation requirements and institutional goals.
- Program Development: Lead the design and continuous improvement of curricula, programs, and courses to meet industry demands and student needs.
- Instructor Management: Select and manage instructors, conducting demos, and providing continuous feedback and guidance.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with admissions, marketing, and academic teams to ensure programs meet entry requirements and are communicated effectively.
- Academic Quality Assurance: Ensure curricula and materials meet accreditation standards, and regularly review grading, student performance, and program outcomes.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze academic data to identify areas for improvement and drive curriculum enhancements.
- Faculty Growth: Continuously evaluate and recruit high-caliber instructors to expand the institution’s faculty.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in business administration or similar.PHD or DBA is a PreferredMSC in business administration or MBA is a must5+ years of experience in academic program management or a similar role.Strong knowledge of curriculum design, accreditation standards, and educational policies.Strong communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in collaborating with international universities and industry partnersAbility to design and implement program strategiesExcellent organizational and leadership abilitiesExperience with LMS and academic reporting systems is a plus.
