Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive quality strategy aligned with the company's overall goals.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of quality assurance systems across all operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Quality Control: Monitor and control product quality throughout the entire production process, from raw material sourcing to finished product delivery.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of quality professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
- Audits and Certifications: Conduct regular internal audits and coordinate external certifications to maintain high quality standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement and implement innovative solutions to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Data Analysis: Analyze quality data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
- Customer Satisfaction: Work closely with customers to ensure their satisfaction with product quality and address any concerns.
Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field.15+ years of experience in quality assurance and control within the agriculture industry, specifically in fruit processing, farming, and packaging.Proven track record in managing quality teams and implementing quality management systems.In-depth knowledge of international quality standards such as GlobalGAP, BRC, and IFS.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
