Office Manager

Office Coordination & Operations: Oversee daily office operations, ensuring the efficient functioning of administrative processes, inventory management, and office maintenance. Manage relationships with vendors, including suppliers for office supplies, utilities, and maintenance services.

Document Management: Maintain and organize project documentation, records, and contracts. Ensure timely access to project documents for relevant team members and prepare periodic reports on project progress.

Scheduling & Logistics: Support project managers by coordinating meetings, preparing schedules, and tracking timelines. Oversee travel arrangements and logistics for site visits or client meetings as required.

Human Resource Support: Assist in onboarding new staff, maintain employee records, manage office attendance, and support in organizing training and development initiatives.

Budgeting and Financial Oversight: Assist with budgeting for office expenses, track expenditures, and manage petty cash. Collaborate with finance to ensure accuracy in expense reporting.

Compliance and Safety: Support compliance with local regulations, safety protocols, and company policies. This may include maintaining safety documentation and ensuring site-specific health and safety requirements are met.

Communication Liaison: Act as a communication point between office staff, construction site personnel, contractors, and clients to facilitate clear and consistent communication across teams.


 Experience: Minimum of 5-10 years in office management, preferably in the construction or related industries, with familiarity in managing document control and project schedules.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with experience in project management software or ERP systems (such as Oracle or SAP) being a plus.Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English, with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders, from team members to contractors and clients.Organizational & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Must be proactive in identifying and resolving operational issues.Knowledge of Construction Processes: Familiarity with construction terminology, document control processes, and regulatory requirements in Egypt is preferred.Attention to Detail: High attention to detail for managing documentation, contracts, and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
