We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Call Center Representative to join the sales team at Mirrorful. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and driving sales for our software solutions. As the first point of contact for potential clients, you will play a key role in expanding our customer base and ensuring a positive client experience.
Inbound and Outbound Calls: Handle incoming sales inquiries and proactively reach out to potential clients to introduce our software services.Lead Generation: Qualify leads through discovery calls to understand their business needs and match them with our solutions.Sales Follow-up: Nurture leads through follow-up calls and emails, turning prospects into clients.CRM Management: Accurately document interactions, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system.Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of Mirrorful’s software products and services to effectively communicate benefits and address customer concerns.Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.Customer Satisfaction: Build rapport with clients and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies and optimize lead conversion rates.
