- Answers all incoming calls, routing them to the concerned parties, and takes telephone messages for colleagues ensuring that the messages are conveyed.
- Handles the incoming correspondence and communications of the Company including responding independently wherever possible and required.
- Welcoming all visitors, guests & clients and channels them to the concerned parties.
- Responsible for coordinating the sales rotation turn.
- Responsible for providing the lead form to new customers.
- Responsible for searching and registering clients on CRM System.
- Responsible for filling clients lead forms.
