Responsibilities:
- Site Supervision: Oversee all mechanical installations on-site, ensuring that work is completed according to project plans, specifications, and industry standards.
- Quality Control: Monitor and inspect mechanical works to ensure high-quality standards and compliance with safety regulations.
- Coordination: Coordinate with other Trades (electrical, civil, architectural) to ensure smooth progress and integration of mechanical systems with other site works.
- Resource Management: Manage and allocate resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to optimize work efficiency.
- Progress Reporting: Provide regular updates to project management, detailing progress, challenges, and any necessary adjustments.
- Documentation: Maintain all necessary project documentation, including site reports, daily logs, and records of materials and equipment used.
- Problem Solving: Address any on-site technical issues that arise and work on solutions to maintain project timelines and quality.
- Compliance: Ensure that all work adheres to local regulations, codes, and safety standards.
- Testing and Commissioning: Oversee testing and commissioning of mechanical systems to verify they meet project requirements.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is a MUST.Experience in MEP implementation for at least 1 year is a MUST.Great leadership and organizational skills.Project management skills.Ability to apply logical and critical thinking skills to projects.A willingness to LEARN.Great written and verbal communication skills.
