Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy and Leadership:
- Implement TQM strategies to ensure the organization meets and exceeds quality standards.
- Lead cross-functional teams in quality initiatives and drive continuous improvement across all departments.
- Collaborate with senior management to align quality goals with business objectives.
- Process Development:
- Oversee the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent quality output.
- Use methodologies like Six Sigma, Lean, and Kaizen to optimize processes and eliminate inefficiencies.
- Quality Assurance and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, such as ISO & FDA Standards.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure that processes adhere to TQM principles.
- Monitor quality performance metrics and KPIs, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Training and Development:
- Provide training on TQM methodologies, tools, and best practices to all staff.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality awareness throughout the organization.
- Problem Solving and Continuous Improvement:
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective action processes to resolve quality issues.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills:5+ years of experience in quality management, preferably in a TQM role.Expertise in TQM methodologies like Six Sigma, Lean, FDA and ISO standards.Seeking a highly skilled communicator who can navigate complex relationships and foster a collaborative environment. The candidate must have a proven ability to build trust, resolve conflicts, and maintain strong working relationships. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
