  • Develop recruitment strategies to attract skilled blue-collar workers (drivers).
  • Search for candidates through social media, job boards, and career fairs.
  • Conduct preliminary interviews and assess candidates based on required skills and experience.
  • Collaborate with managers to accurately define and describe job requirements.
  • Perform reference checks and verify the accuracy of the information provided by candidates.
  • Maintain an updated database of potential candidates.
  • Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and the effectiveness of the strategies.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Previous experience in recruitment, preferably in blue-collar positions (drivers).Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates.Good knowledge of recruitment and assessment methods.Ability to work under pressure and organize tasks effectively.Strong analytical skills.Proficiency in computer use and recruitment management software.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Effective negotiation skills.
