Responsibilities
• Manage and coordinate translation projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and expectations.
• Coordinate with translators and reviewers to maintain translation quality standards.
• Effectively promote the company's products and services.
• Monitor project performance and quality, making adjustments as necessary.
• Prepare and submit regular reports to management.
• Prepare and submit progress reports to management.
• Take an active role in learning about each client’s industry, business needs, and company culture to identify new business opportunities and provide a high level of service.
• Communicate with our data of potential clients.
• Work within current business strategies and recognize potential opportunities.
Qualifications• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Translation, Languages, or a related field.• Experience in project management not less than 3 years.• Experience in the Gulf area especially KSA is Preferred.• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage a team.• Excellent at using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Gemini.• Excellent in English (written – reading – spoken) is a Must.• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
