Job Purpose /Summary:
Responsible for achieving contractual reliability, safety, and performance metrics while optimizing maintenance costs. Uses a stochastic approach to analyze historical failure data and degradation trends for Remaining Useful Life (RUL) detection, supporting data-driven decisions for periodic and turnaround maintenance.
Roles, Responsibilities and duties:
- Reliability Metrics : Ensure Reliability , Safety and performance targets are consistently met.
- Data Collection & analysis : collect and analyze failure data and degradation trends for RUL detection , and Prioritize failures for Preventative actions.
- Engineer Assignment & Task oversight :
- Warranty Management : Handle Warranty Claims for failed components.
- Contamination control : implement measures to prevent equipment degradation.
- Corrective action : develop and monitor actions to resolve recurring issues.
- Risk Assessment : conduct risk evaluations and determine additional actions as needed.
- Documentation & Policy Updates :
- Document investigations , actions and risk assessments.
- update maintenance policies and documentation based on best practices.
- RUL Optimization & LCC Reduction :
- Use RUL insights to optimize maintenance intervals.
- reduce life cycle costs (LCC) while supporting maintenance and turnaround planning.
- Reporting & Performance Tracking :
- Generate reports on reliability metrics and trends.
- Provide actionable insights for maintenance Planning.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field).2-3 years of Experience in reliability Engineering.Proficiency in MS ExcelSkills in reliability engineering, stochastic analysis, data software (e.g., Minitab, Weibull), failure/root cause analysis, and maintenance philosofy documentation.
