Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled Senior Sales and Customer Service Representative to manage the sales cycle, maintain customer satisfaction, and support company growth. This role involves building strong customer relationships, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with internal teams to improve the customer experience and optimize processes.
Working Hours Rotational : (9:00 am to 4:30 pm) - (3:30 pm to 11:00 pm)
Days Off: Fridays (Fixed) and Thursdays, Saturdays (Rotational)
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with clients, enhancing loyalty and repeat business.
- Sales Cycle Management: Handle the entire sales process from lead generation to closing, achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Customer Support & Issue Resolution: Address customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a high satisfaction level.
- Order Processing & Documentation: Manage customer orders and ensure accurate and timely data entry for smooth service delivery.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Mentorship & Team Support: Guide junior team members and support the sales and operations teams in meeting shared goals
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in sales and customer service roles.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and knowledge of sales processes.
