- Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment
Manage full-cycle recruitment for various roles, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
Collaborate with department managers to define hiring needs and create job descriptions.
Utilize various platforms to attract and identify qualified candidates.
Conduct initial candidate screenings and schedule interviews.
Maintain a database of qualified candidates and pipeline future talent.
Payroll
Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Verify employee hours, deductions, bonuses, and other payroll elements.
Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer employee payroll-related inquiries.
Prepare payroll reports and maintain payroll records for auditing and compliance purposes.
Collaborate with finance on payroll budgets and forecasting.
