Technical Office Manager

EGYSMART For Modern Engineering is hiring a Civil Technical Office Manager


Job Type: Full time l on-site

Experience Needed: 5+ years


Requirements:

.Receive project’s details from studies management department after official obtainment with all sections & cost items

· Excellent review of received studies, contract terms & contacting to provide REV. ZERO for the project through coordinating with project manager regarding all sections to define total cost & payment needed after one month from receiving the project

· Establish all documents & required contacting lines with owner & contractor

· Follow up on all technical details & the added contract terms with the project’s sub-contractor collaborating with project’s manager

· Initial quantity survey for the project by maximum one month from the beginning date & perform the survey for all executive works at site (owner’s survey – client’s survey)

· Performing client’s invoice attached with quantity survey & shop-drawings

· Performing sub-contractor’s invoice attaching it to client’s quantity invoice

.follow up on submitting all shop drawings for all sub-contractors for implementation or follow up on the accuracy of all shop drawings submitted by sub-contractor and makes its log

· Reviewing actual cost items & compare them with REV. ZERO

· Perform monthly reports with sub-contractor’s site work & how it’s related to the planned cost

· Providing daily reports to owner & consultant

· Providing mid-month report to the project manager and higher management

· Reviewing all submittals, ensuring consultant’s approval on them & organize a LOG for submittals

· Reviewing all new required sections from owner; consultant & provide their price list with approval

· Perform quantity survey for reinforcement & provide bar list to sub-contractor to manufacture accordingly & define depreciation percentage

· Reviewing time schedule & updating it every month

· Coordinating among different activities on site & creating shop-drawings accordingly

· Providing AS BUILT shop drawings for all sections with final invoice

· Attending weekly meetings on site with the project manager, owner & consultant to record, edit & following up with latest arrangements and link them with project’s schedule

.Create needed purchasing list & link it with project’s financial offer & time schedule

.Revit is recommended
