- Prepare monthly payments and monthly subcontractors and client invoices.
- Submit quantity surveying.
- Submit Commercial proposal.
- Negotiate with suppliers to reach the most appropriate prices.
- Responsible for the mechanical works measurement and valuation of variations in the works
during the contract, for agreement of interim payment - Make the Claims & Running the variations according to the condition of the contract
- Creating Material balance sheet and tracking Material Control Cycle
- Create notice of the change (NOC) and Modify Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) ,
- Pricing new items through various manners (prorated method, material diff, etc )
- Prepare the site instructions related to the subcontractor's activities
- Coordinate and review the formulation and finalization of contracts as required in
coordination with management and Legal staff. - Ensure compliance with appropriate regulations
- Maintain an audit file for each contract which will include the original contract, all
correspondence, changes/deviations, amendments, clarifications, and payment schedules - Ensure that Subcontracts are in compliance with legal requirements, owner specifications, and
government regulations - Provide contract summaries and ensure contract execution in accordance with company
policy.
5+ years of experience in shop drawing and quantity surveying for electrical Systems in MEPProjects.Experience with Contracting/ Construction companies is a must.Computer Skills - Proficient in the current release of AutoCAD, Word, and MicrosoftExcel.Blue Prints – Able to read and understand construction drawings.Drawing Standards – Thorough understanding and efficiency with company drawing standards.Proficiency with AutoCAD is a must.Should have hands-on experience in REVIT.Ability to work well with others under deadline situations.Very detail-oriented, self-motivated, enthusiastic, and flexible
