HR Manager

HR Strategy & Leadership:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company’s objectives and align with the organizational culture.
  • Lead, mentor, and guide the HR team to ensure efficient delivery of HR services and programs across all departments.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on all HR matters, providing insights and recommendations on employee relations, talent management, and organizational development.

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning:

  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the attraction and hiring of top talent.
  • Work with business leaders to forecast and plan for workforce needs, including talent pipeline development and succession planning.
  • Strengthen employer branding and recruitment strategies to attract diverse candidates, particularly in the FMCG sector.

Employee Engagement & Culture:

  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture and enhance employee satisfaction.
  • Lead employee surveys, focus groups, and feedback programs to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) within the organization and ensure DEI principles are embedded in all HR policies and programs.
  • Performance Management:
  •  Develops and implements performance management systems: Creates and maintains the framework for setting goals, providing feedback, and conducting performance reviews. 
  • Provides training and support to managers and employees: Offers guidance on effective performance management practices, including goal-setting, coaching, and feedback techniques. 
  •   Facilitates performance review meetings: May participate in or oversee performance review meetings to ensure they are fair, constructive, and focused on development.
  • Administer performance management processes, including performance evaluations and goal setting.

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or equivalent. +15 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a minimum 7 years in the same position.Preferably extensive experience in the FMCG sector, or other fast-growing industries.Proven experience in driving HR strategies and managing cross-functional HR teams.Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken).Strong leadership, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Comprehensive knowledge of HR policies, practices, and legal requirement.
