- Analyze and monitor product costs, manufacturing expenses, and overhead costs.
- Conduct cost variance analysis to identify and explain cost discrepancies.
- Prepare regular cost reports and provide insights on cost trends and performance.
- Prepare cost budgets and forecasts in collaboration with finance and operational teams.
- Monitor and analyze actual costs against budgeted amounts.
- Provide insights on cost implications for budget variances and assist in budget revisions.
- Implement cost control measures and monitor their effectiveness.
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses for process improvements and capital investments.
- Oversee inventory costing and valuation processes.
- Ensure accurate recording of inventory transactions and maintain appropriate inventory levels.
- Perform periodic inventory reconciliations and coordinate physical inventory counts.
- Analyze inventory turnover and identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field required.minimum 15 years of experience ( at least 5 years as a a cost accounting manager in industrial field ).Manufacturing Experience is a Must.Proficiency in Arabic and English. Strong understanding of the industry and its unique financial requirements. Excellent leadership and communication skills.Proficiency in financial systems and software (i.e ERP systems, financial modeling tool, excel).
