  • Identify and prioritize sales opportunities across various developments.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to adjust sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Monitor industry trends and economic factors affecting real estate sales.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
  • Set clear sales targets for team members and monitor their performance.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, training, and motivation to the sales team to improve their performance and productivity.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings to review performance, sales goals, and updates on current developments.
  • Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to contract signing, ensuring timely follow-up and communication.
  • Manage and oversee customer negotiations, ensuring profitable outcomes for the company.
    Prepare sales forecasts and regularly report on sales performance metrics, including monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the real estate or property development sector.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.In-depth understanding of real estate markets, project cycles, and customer needs.Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
