- Order Processing (include creating reports on must-ship orders, upload orders on NetSuite for some marketplaces.
- Upload tracking IDs for processed orders.
- Hand Back orders/replacements.
- Respond promptly to customer queries and complaints to find solutions and defuse tension
- Send order reports to warehouses.
- Present new or additional products and services to existing customers
- Improve listings in marketplaces.
- Send reports on sales activity, accounts status and possible issues
- Respond informatively to customer inquiries and resolving customer complaints via marketplaces
- Refer advanced cases to the direct manager for resolution, providing background information as necessary.
- Create deals and promotions through the marketplaces
- Follow-up with customers to obtain shipping address corrections for incomplete or incorrect addresses.
- Monitor order defects rate (Cancellation defects, returns defect, delivery defects and customer complaints).
Proven experience as an Account Representative.Experience in customer service is a great plus.Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with ERP Systems.Excellent written, verbal communication skills.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilityAssertiveness and confidenceGoal-driven with ability to work under pressureGood problem-solving skillsPerfect verbal and written English skillsVery good critical thinking skills & Analytical skills.Bachelor Degree from well known university (preferred to be from AUC, BUE or GUC)
