- Monitor and maintain systems, to ensure that services run smoothly, and disruptions are minimized. Support all business teams regarding system inquires and guide them.
- Provide guidance on payment platforms ensures users can use them efficiently, reducing user-related errors or support requests.
- Work closely with developers and operations personnel to resolve bugs, glitches, and system problems efficiently.
- Assist users in navigating and using payment systems correctly, to ensure smooth transactions.
- Document all configurations, system changes, and issues for future reference and compliance purposes, to maintain accurate and detailed records that support efficient troubleshooting and ensure system stability.
- Maintain a log of both internal system problems and external issues to ensure they are addressed and resolved.
- Address missed vouchers by ensuring they are either refunded or reprocessed, to ensure financial accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Cover operations 24X7 and perform Health checks on database queries and Backend systems on a rotational basis.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, or a related field. (ITI & NTI graduates are preferred)2-4 years as a Technical Support Engineer, Preferred experience in E-Payments Platform.Strong SQL/PL SQL knowledge. Strong Linux (scripting, searching, operate, ….). Strong result orientation and customer centric Excellent communication skills.
