  • Schedule projects and define budget constraints to align with event timelines and budgets.
  • Conceptualize visuals based on requirements, focusing on dynamic event materials such as animated graphics and video content.
  • Prepare rough drafts and present ideas to internal stakeholders, incorporating feedback as needed.
  • Develop illustrations, logos, motion graphics, and other designs using software or by hand, tailored for both digital and print media.
  • Use appropriate colors, layouts, and design elements to reflect event branding and enhance audience engagement.
  • Collaborate with copywriters, creative directors, and event managers to produce cohesive final designs.
  • Test graphics across various media platforms, ensuring compatibility and visual appeal on large screens, social media, and event apps.
  • Modify designs after receiving feedback, making necessary adjustments promptly.
  • Ensure that final graphics, videos, and layouts are visually appealing, on-brand, and optimized for different event applications.

Proven experience in graphic design, with a focus on event-related visuals, motion graphics, and video production.Strong portfolio showcasing illustrations, graphics, animations, and video work.Proficiency in design software and technologies, including InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop.Familiarity with video editing tools and motion graphics principles.A keen eye for aesthetics, details, and storytelling through visuals.Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Strong organizational skills to work methodically and meet event deadlines.A degree in Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field is a plus.
