Job Purpose:
Maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices that provide an employee-oriented high-performance culture, productivity, goal attainment, and empowerment). Ensure the implementation of DME policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain organization staff efficiency by establishing the appropriate recruitment, hiring, and onboarding plans including issuing the job offers
- Supervise the usage of the proper recruitment platforms to enlarge the DME database
- Manage the submission of objectives for DME-eligible employees and make sure it is aligned with the company’s annual operation plan/company direction
- Manage the implementation of the performance review for DME (Mid and final-year review) to track employees’ performance
- Oversee the implementation of the annual approved training plan for DME including technical & soft skills training
- Monitor the implementation of compensation and benefits plans according to DME policies
- Oversee exit interviews analysis to maintain the availability of the talent retention
- Administer the issuance and adhering to the HR budget
- Monitor the continuous update of the organization charts in terms of chain of command and efficiency among the company’s different sectors/departments
- Monitor the accuracy and ongoing update of the Job Descriptions in the company
- Maintain accurate, periodical, and up-to-date HR analysis reports in terms of (Turnover - people cost – promotions – predictive analysis)
- Manage the implementation of HR activities on sites to enhance the connection with all DME sites
- Facilitates and strengthens communication among employees and management by handling any raised issue.
- Guide managers and employees on problem-solving, dispute resolution, regulatory compliance and litigation avoidance.
- Enhance company culture within the organization to ensure that employees are kept informed and motivated by communicating through several channels

Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in human resources , business administration or any related field Proven experience as HR professional with strong background in construction with around 15 years of experience Knowledge of HR software Solid knowledge of HR best practices and trends in HR Crucial Interpersonal Skills Business acumen Advanced communication skills ( verbal , nonverbal and written )Adaptability and flexibilityLeadership and tolerance within the HR department and the organization Emotional intelligence and empathy Vision Problem solving and conflict resolution
