We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer with a strong focus on motion graphics to join our design team. This role is critical in shaping the visual representation of our brand across various platforms, with a particular emphasis on creating dynamic and engaging motion content. The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio showcasing innovative motion graphics, a deep understanding of design principles, and the ability to deliver compelling visuals that align with our brand’s vision. Key Responsibilities: • Motion Graphics Creation: Develop high-quality motion graphics for videos, social media content, and marketing campaigns. These include animations, transitions, and effects that bring content to life. • Graphic Design: Design visually compelling static content such as presentations, brochures, advertisements, and web elements, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and messaging. • Collaborative Conceptualization: Work closely with the marketing, content, and social media teams to brainstorm and develop creative concepts. Translate ideas into engaging visuals that resonate with target audiences. • Brand Consistency: Maintain consistency in visual design across all platforms and materials, ensuring that all graphic elements align with the company’s brand identity and marketing objectives. • Creative Problem Solving: Provide innovative solutions to design challenges, continuously pushing creative boundaries while keeping within brand and project guidelines. • Stay Updated on Design Trends: Keep abreast of graphic and motion design industry trends, ensuring the latest design techniques and software tools are used to maintain a competitive edge.
• 6+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong focus on motion graphics and 2D animation. • Proficiency in design and animation software, including Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign) or similar. • A portfolio showcasing high-quality motion graphics, 2D animations, and creative design work. • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual design principles. • Experience in designing for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and video content. • Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines. • Creative and innovative mindset with a keen eye for detail
